I started Christmas shopping really early this year. I can't believe the holidays are literally around the corner. Holidays should be savored, like when I was a kid.. Not shoved in our faces by aisles of ornaments and such during halloween! I've grown tired of crowds, lines, and empty store shelves. This year I've decided to give a handmade gift. I've made personalized notes for my mom and 3 aunts. I bought boxes and wrapped them in special paper. Looks like a unique stationery set!

Aside from my first custom project, I've also added a Baby Shower ready-made invite to coordinate with my custom announcement- Handsewn Ellie the Elephant. My next project will be a matching thank you card to complete the suite!
I handed out Flora and Fauna gift sets on Christmas- they were a hit! The gift box, specialty paper, and custom notes made the gift even more personal...plus the time and effort was greatly appreciated :)
